The Tiro Association for Arts (TAA) is a Lebanese NGO established in 2014, dedicated to reviving cultural life, particularly in the south, by rehabilitating abandoned cinemas and theaters into free, independent cultural hubs. Founded by actor/director Kassem Istanbouli, TAA focuses on theater, film, and training to foster artistic freedom.
